Took this photo on my trip to paris. Streets are really noisy there, which brought me to the idea of combining the static Arc de Triomphe with all the human movement around it.

- I saw pictures of this area of Paris after France won the World Cup (2018), it reminded me of when I was there in 2017. What an amazing part of the city. It feels like it’s the hub to the entire city. So much great food, activity, and energy in this area. It was definitely a highlight from my trip there. This was a very cloudy day and I used a long lens to blur the background as much as I could. I wanted the focus to be only the Arc De Triumphe.

- This is an old photograph that I took in 2016, at the time when Paris was flooded, the Siene was overflowing, and the sky was gray and boring. In this picture, however, I think the colours of the French flag contrasts nicely with the gray sky and somewhat plain Arc de Triomphe.
